Projection Mapping
Projection Mapping uses everyday video projectors, but instead of projecting on a flat screen (e.g. to display a PowerPoint), light is mapped onto any surface, turning common objects of any 3D shape into interactive displays. More formally, projection mapping is “the display of an image on a non-flat or non-white surface”. (http://projection-mapping.org/whatis/ )
My first encounter with Projection Mapping was a year and
half ago when was taking a Digital fabrication class at University Dallas Texas,
and My Professor, Andrew Scott show our class one of his Projection Mapping art
piece. Professor Scott’s art piece was so beautiful and so intense that
had me thinking about it for a long time, so at that time my passion for Projection
Mapping started.

I finally got my Mac book pro, and that should make it easier on my projection mapping learning, because Mad Mapper is not windows friendly :(
My first attempt into projection mapping. The set up was very simple , and I just got a sculpture by a door and projected some of my art videos on it . I did not do much of mapping yet. I need to purchase the Mad Mapper software in order to do a better job
